Huge Fan - Amanda Nisbet

I have blogged many a-time about the fabulous designer Amanda Nisbet {who hasn't?!} Now you can have a piece of her at home - Gilt Groupe is having a flash sale of some of her gorgeous goodies!

Here's a round up of my favorites up for grabs:

Trad Home!

As I've said before, I'm an online magazine junkie. I read Rue, Lonny, High Gloss, Matchbook, Adore, Dabble... And now, twice a year, I get to look forward to Trad Home - an online read by Traditional Home magazine. They paired up with Lonny (I'm not sure if that was just for this issue, or forever.) Whatever their long term plan is, they knocked this one out of the park. Their spread of the 20 "new trad designers" was filled with so many gorgeous inspiration images, my head almost exploded...

Some of my favorite images:

Only sad thing- this magazine is only going to come out twice a year. I need more!

Well Redd

Every time I see a spread designed by Miles Redd, I get a huge smile on my little face. His ability to combine bold pattern and wild pattern together is genius.

Loving the pleated detail on the drapery and (of course) the chevron sofa.

I Get By With A Little Help from My Friends

My favorite thing about my path as an interior designer is the amazingly inspiring friends and colleagues I've met along the way... I'd like to introduce you to one: Gulla Jonsdottir.

She was the vice president and principal designer at the last firm I worked at before jumping into my own design firm. Her designs and ideas are truly original, and I was THRILLED to see from the website of her own design firm, G+ Design, that she is offering up a product line of some of her gorgeous furnishings!

I'm super into these bookshelves, called the PLUS, they can come in different colors, sizes and configurations.

The ALBERO screen would be my dream to create a little privacy in a downtown, modern loft.

The UNA table is kind of perfect industrial-chic.

If you need somewhere fabulous to go this weekend, visit Red O, her most recent gorgeous project (and an amazing Rick Bayless restaurant.)

Newest (Local!) Designer Crush

As an LA native, I love reading Los Angeles magazine - it's always got great restaurants, shops and fascinating tidbits about my city (my fav issue had a behind the scenes look at the lives of the interesting people who dress up as movie characters on Hollywood Blvd.)

This issue had a tiny pic of a Sunset Blvd home shop - Tobi Tobin. I checked out her website and now I cannot wait to visit her shop!

The adorable shop entrance...

Can't wait to hunt for some fabulous treasures in here.

I loved the Hollywood Hills house from her portfolio. Stunning!

I'll report back after my visit!
