Kota Legenda adalah perumahan "jalan-jalan" pertama Indonesia. Gaya rumah dan menawarkan berbagai kitsch: Anda dapat membeli rumah bergaya Kolonial Amerika, Eropa atau Jepang klasik. Ini dijanjikan: dunia dalam genggaman tanpa harus meninggalkan Indonesia sama sekali. Tetapi juga diinginkan oleh kelas menengah Jakarta sebagai akibat dari perubahan yang dialami oleh Indonesia dan kelas menengah sejak tahun 1985, yang mengakibatkan sebuah fragmentasi imajinasi identitas baru, yang pada gilirannya akan mempengaruhi imajinasi akan juga Indonesia sendiri.

When you are ready for us to help you design your next home, we have the first consultation to get ideas and sketches. It is a good idea to collect your ideas, sketches and photos in a folder to come with you. We will then create a preliminary plan, which describe the ideas you take with you in the first visit and they discussed at that first meeting. If you have not quite decided on the front to see the appropriate home for your looks, we can work with you by looking through picture books and other home program to help you decide how you want the front of your home to look. When the preliminary plan is approved, we can email files to the approval of changes underway. We do usually some set of changes that preliminary design for transport to the construction documents.
After this preliminary stage, we begin the final construction documents (basically, the rest of the program, ie increase, electrical, foundation, mechanical, etc.) At this stage the designer and client must be in agreement on the final layout design is and ready for generation of all plans. All our plans are drawn in AutoCADD software, so custom home plans can be completed quite efficient and very accurate.
A house is not possible to build into a dream home, unless it is a great set of house plans to build it from. That said, The main objective Madden Home Design is in the service of its customers is to give them a special design that will withstand all the ever changing building codes, but at the same time, of all their hopes on their next home. We strive to provide our customers with plans house to express their wishes and desires, and be easy to read and easy to build from, and to facilitate the construction field. Quality details in our programs is what separates us from the competition.

What Custom Home design process entail?
When you are ready for us to help you design your next home, we have the first consultation to get ideas and sketches. It is a good idea to collect your ideas, sketches and photos in a folder to come with you. We will then create a preliminary plan, which describe the ideas you take with you in the first visit and they discussed at that first meeting. If you have not quite decided on the front to see the appropriate home for your looks, we can work with you by looking through picture books and other home program to help you decide how you want the front of your home to look. When the preliminary plan is approved, we can email files to the approval of changes underway. We do usually some set of changes that preliminary design for transport to the construction documents.
After this preliminary stage, we begin the final construction documents (basically, the rest of the program, ie increase, electrical, foundation, mechanical, etc.) At this stage the designer and client must be in agreement on the final layout design is and ready for generation of all plans. All our plans are drawn in AutoCADD software, so custom home plans can be completed quite efficient and very accurate.
A house is not possible to build into a dream home, unless it is a great set of house plans to build it from. That said, The main objective Madden Home Design is in the service of its customers is to give them a special design that will withstand all the ever changing building codes, but at the same time, of all their hopes on their next home. We strive to provide our customers with plans house to express their wishes and desires, and be easy to read and easy to build from, and to facilitate the construction field. Quality details in our programs is what separates us from the competition.

Can I have an email program that has been built?
No. Because of privacy, we can not give out the addresses of customers who have purchased our plans. We sometimes take pictures when the house is built and would be happy to give you a copy if available.
